Presentation Requirements and Materials

The table below provides an overview/summary of the presentation requirements and materials to be submitted for each iLRN 2022 contribution/session format. Please use the various links to access guidelines and instructions for preparing and submitting the relevant types of material:

ACADEMIC STREAM – SHORT PAPER Required – 7 mins max. Presenter to give a 3-min lightning talk, then engage in ~45-min moderated discussion in the virtual conference environment with 2-3 other presenters Pre-recorded video (MP4 file) Yes – Bring presentation slides (PowerPoint file or Google Slides URL)
ACADEMIC STREAM – WORK-IN-PROGRESS PAPER (POSTER) Optional – 5 mins max. (a Google Slide show may also be provided that will be placed in the poster booth along with the poster image) Presenter/s to engage in informal conversations with visitors to their poster station in the virtual conference environment during the designated posters session No
ACADEMIC STREAM – DOCTORAL COLLOQUIUM Required – 7 mins max. During DC session: Presenter to give a 5-min lightning talk, then engage in ~5-min Q&A per talk in the virtual conference environment Yes – Bring presentation slides (PowerPoint file or Google Slides URL)
PRACTITIONER STREAM – ORAL PRESENTATION Required – 10 mins max.
