Educational Research and ILRN: The ARiEL View on Immersive Learning

admin

by Krista Terry, Program Chair for ARiEL SIG (Appalachian State University)

While ILRN strives to unite professionals from across the disciplines to explore immersive learning, the special interest group ARIEL (Applied Research in Immersive Environments for Learning) serves as a research ‘anchor’ to the organization with specific focus on learning and education. ARIEL provides opportunities for scholars to present educational research through the American Educational Research Association, thereby connecting with other scholars in the larger educational research network. This discussion will focus on previewing upcoming initiatives within the ARIEL SIG and providing opportunities for members of the ILRN community to connect and participate.
